Harmonised VPQ 3.0

Harmonised VPQ by OCIMF is a standardized solution for creating, maintaining, and sharing vessel particulars across the marine and energy transportation sector. Based on OCIMF’s industry framework, the Harmonised Vessel Particulars Questionnaire (VPQ) provides a single, consistent format for technical, safety, and operational data, so owners, operators, charterers, and vetting teams can work from the same source of truth. By reducing duplicate requests and inconsistencies, it helps improve data quality and accelerates pre-vetting, chartering, and compliance workflows. Designed to be used alongside OCIMF programs such as SIRE, it keeps vessel information current and accessible to counterparties, supporting higher safety standards and greater operational efficiency across fleets.

Harmonised VPQ is developed by OCIMF. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 2.0 and 3.0. The names of program executable files are HPVQ.exe, VPQ32v3.EXE.
